Mehnaz Zaidi is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of MZ Energy, a leading provider of electricity and natural gas solutions for commercial and residential markets. She is also the Co-Founder of AllPhase Builders and Avesco Capital. With over two decades of experience in the energy and oil & gas sectors, Mehnaz has successfully transitioned from distinguished corporate leadership to building and scaling multiple entrepreneurial ventures. A licensed Project Management Professional (PMP), she has held senior roles in project management, operations, and sales, consistently driving strategic growth and operational excellence.
Beyond her business ventures, Mehnaz is deeply committed to community service and philanthropy, actively supporting and volunteering for a variety of local and international non-profit organizations. She currently serves on the Board of the Pakistani American Federation of Business and is an elected Board Member of the Pakistani American Association of Greater Houston—one of the largest organizations advocating for and supporting Pakistani Americans in Texas.
Her dedication to service and leadership has been recognized with numerous honors, including the 2023 Presidential Volunteer Service Award from President Joe Biden, the 2023 “Top 20 Women of Culture Award” from the Santee Foundation, and the 2021 Pride of Performance Women Empowerment Award. In 2024, Mehnaz was featured in Winners of the World Global Magazine as a recipient of the prestigious “Women of the World” recognition award.
Mehnaz has been featured as a guest and host on television, radio, and other professional platforms, where she frequently shares insights on energy, entrepreneurship, gender parity, and children’s advocacy. Outside of her professional commitments, she maintains a balanced life by spending time with her two sons, mentoring women in her community, volunteering for humanitarian causes, and traveling.

Mohsin Shah is a seasoned sales leader with over 20 years of proven success in driving growth, building high-performance teams, and expanding market share across diverse industries, including textile manufacturing, wholesale, and distribution. Mohsin will be a driving force in our mission to deliver sustainable energy solutions. In his role, he will lead revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and scale our commercial operations, bringing MZ Energy customers innovative, environmentally responsible products that power the future. Mohsin is a passionate hockey enthusiast who enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family across Europe and Canada during his spare time.
Sales Operations
Myra Shaheer brings over 18 years of direct sales experience in the real estate and commodities markets. A self-motivated and success-driven business leader, she is passionate about leveraging metrics and data-driven insights to deliver exceptional results. With a strong sales background and deep understanding of customer needs and behavior, Myra excels at driving revenue growth. At MZ Energy, she is responsible for lead generation, strategy development, goal setting, sales forecasting, and executing direct sales initiatives to accelerate business growth. Myra is dedicated to exploring new market opportunities, uncovering potential partnerships, and fostering strong, profitable relationships with customers and providers. Outside of work, Myra enjoys investing in real estate, teaching yoga, cooking diverse cuisines, and spending quality time with her two sons.
VP of Marketing
Shamaila Amjad brings over 15 years of sales and marketing experience, having held leadership roles across sales, marketing, and recruitment in diverse industries. At MZ Energy, she oversees lead generation, digital media, marketing, and product management. Shamaila is a goal-oriented marketing expert with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies that drive profitability, increase market share, and enhance customer engagement. Outside of work, Shamaila enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, traveling, and cycling.
